Wine Routes
A2 wine and culture offers a selection of gastronomic courses. Complimentary to the wine world, A2 teaches people about food products that compliment wine. Foods such as cheeses, chocolate, ham, gin and whisky are all covered and you will learn about all these different types of food and drink. In addition, A2 teaches you about cooking with different wines and pairing different wines with food and the most appropriate wines for particular meals. You also learn about the combination of different elements in the foods and wines in order to produce the best pairing combinations.
Wine Tasting
Come and learn about the fabulous world of wine through our popular wine tasting courses. From the beginners course, where your initial interest in the wine tasting world will be awoken through to the advanced level course where you will learn more about the complex wines from across the world.
During the course of your choice, you will learn about the origins of different wines, different mono-varity alternatives such as tempranillos, verdejos, merlots, albarinos, and also about the pairing of wines with food.
Cooking Workshop
Spanish food, sushi, tapas… The world of Gastronomy is so wide and magnificent that learning how to cook it’s a sort of luxury both for young and old people. Wine and food are complementary for each self. In A2 Vino y Cultura, we offer a wide range of courses for everybody: young or older people, people who wants enjoy learning how to cook, but also foreign people visiting Seville that wants to learn a little bit more over Spanish food.
